📋 Description

• Be the day-to-day finance business partner to the Marketing leadership team • Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and 5-year strategic plan processes • Develop and maintain complex financial models including scenario and sensitivity analyses • Provide detailed variance analysis with strategic commentary for leadership reviews • Partner with business leaders to support decision-making and resource allocation • Attend company training and regional training in area of expertise • Present own work to members of department and external consultants and external professional meetings • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and planning • Support financial system upgrades or enhancements by testing and validating data flows • Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards for performance reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree plus 3-4 years of FP&A experience or Masters + 2 years • Proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents • Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills • Experience leading budgeting cycles and preparing executive-level reports • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights • Proficiency in financial systems (Workday HCM, Adaptive) and planning platforms
