📋 Description

• Leading the transition of managed services projects, confirming seamless integration and delivery • Designing and implementing automation frameworks to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual tasks • Overseeing data transformation processes to provide actionable insights and support business transformation initiatives • Managing offshore teams to optimize project resource allocation and performance • Developing and executing strategic project plans, including risk management and resource management • Facilitating continuous process improvement to drive operational excellence and innovation • Utilizing data analytics and predictive modeling to inform decision-making and strategic planning • Coordinating with stakeholders to identify digital opportunities and implement automation solutions • Providing coaching and feedback to develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of inclusion • Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and drive business transformation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree • At least 6 years of experience • Leveraging automation framework design and development skills • Utilizing data architecture and data-driven insights • Managing offshore teams with efficiency and effectiveness • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, Claude code, AI tools, and Azure • Excelling in strategic questioning and problem-solving • Innovating processes for continuous improvement and transformation • Leading complex projects with a focus on client support and advisory services
