📋 Description

• Provide clinical services including assessments, treatment planning, counseling, and case management • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners • Conduct mobile assessments in assigned areas • Maintain documentation in compliance with standards • Participate in on-call rotations as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Licensure in a relevant field (e.g., Master’s Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling) • Certification like CADC or CAAC within specified experience requirements • Minimum one year of qualifying clinical experience for Bachelor’s or equivalent • Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and mental health • Ability to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans • Strong organizational and communication skills
