📋 Description

• Orient, train, and schedule drivers • Receive transportation calls and inquiries • Attend meetings as required • Complete required reports associated with the Transportation Department • Model appropriate driver skills to other drivers • Respond to emergency situations • Determine the most efficient routes to specified locations • Ensure driver availability when needed • Participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver’s license • Familiarity with basic auto repairs • Knowledge of CARF standards • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience preferred, but not required • Ability to determine efficient routes to specified locations • Ability to maintain a safe driving record • Ability to respond to emergency situations • Ability to work alone • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of force, if necessary • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate effectively and interact well with people of diverse backgrounds • Problem-solving and information analysis skills • Ability to handle crisis situations and react appropriately • Ability to make objective and ethical decisions • Ability to sustain a team environment and drive continuous improvement projects
