📋 Description

• Orient, train, and schedule drivers • Receive transportation calls and inquiries • Attend meetings as required • Complete required reports for the Transportation Department • Model appropriate driver skills to other drivers • Respond to emergency situations • Determine the most efficient routes to specified locations • Ensure driver availability when needed • Participate in training and development activities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver’s license • Familiarity with basic auto repairs • Knowledge of CARF standards • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience preferred, but not required • Ability to respond to emergency situations • Ability to work alone • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of force, if necessary • Maintain a safe driving record • Ability to communicate effectively and interact well with people of diverse backgrounds • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to problem solve by gathering and analyzing information • Ability to handle crisis situations and react appropriately • Ability to make decisions in an objective and ethical manner • Flexibility and adaptability • Ability to sustain a team environment • Confidentiality and professionalism
