📋 Description

• Support client engagement teams on strategy and operations initiatives • Contribute to assessment, design, implementation, and operational projects • Provide research, data analysis, lean/continuous improvement, change management, and technology support • Develop strong written and presentation contributions • Deliver client projects and deliverables on time, on budget, and to quality standards • Support project managers in client delivery and deliverables • Develop a deep understanding of client operations and operating models • Develop, deploy, and use frameworks • Translate client understanding, assessments, issues, and insights into documents, tools, and data models • Develop industry-focused perspectives • Develop competitive analysis within assigned industries • Understand and apply Strategy & Operations perspectives, intellectual capital, tools, and frameworks • Work with managers and consultants in the Strategy & Operations practice

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or hold Green Card Status • Typically 0–3 years of prior full-time work experience, preferably related to consulting • Accredited US or Canadian bachelor's or graduate degree • Preference for research- and analytically-oriented degrees such as engineering, business, computer science, analytics, or mathematics • Experience in at least one consulting objective: assessment, design, planning, implementation, or operationalization • Competence in research, data analysis, lean/continuous improvement, and change management • Strong writing and presentation skills • Experience with data and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel • Technology and financial savvy • Experience in project management work environments, especially for experienced analysts • Industry business acumen • Utility, energy, and manufacturing knowledge is a plus • Strong curiosity and self-learning ability • Ability to leverage AI tools preferred • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or PMI/PMP can be desirable • Must be based in the EST or CST time zone and work client hours • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
