âą Build and execute a multi-region GTM plan with TCS & other Global System Integrators (GSIs) âą Proactively "hunt" for new logo opportunities within the GSI ecosystem âą Own the commercial engagement and deal progression for partner-led opportunities âą Develop Tiered account plans for key GSI-led accounts, including whitespace analysis and joint action plans âą Coordinate internal resources to support complex partner-led deals âą Maintain and foster executive relationships at GSI, deliver accurate pipeline forecasting and execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners and executives
âą Minimum of 5-7 years of proven success in channel management or enterprise software sales âą 3+ years of experience managing Global System Integrator (GSI) relationships âą Experience specifically with TCS & other Global System Integrators (GSIs) is a major bonus âą A track record of carrying and exceeding an individual quota or partner-sourced revenue target âą Deep understanding of manufacturing business processes and the competitive landscape for "Systems of Action" âą Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills âą Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field âą Willingness to travel up to 40-50% to engage with partners and customers globally
