📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Visual Designer and Design Lead to help define Qdrant’s visual identity across marketing channels • Create visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, blog posts, presentations, and promotional materials • Assist in designing and updating website pages and campaign-specific landing pages • Design banner ads, LinkedIn creatives, and other performance marketing assets • Develop graphics and layouts for email marketing campaigns • Create slide decks, booth designs, and printed event and conference materials • Ensure marketing visuals align with Qdrant’s brand identity and guidelines • Work on a project basis with a variable workload depending on project needs

🎯 Requirements

• AI-fluent in art direction and visual storytelling • Experience designing websites or marketing assets • Solid understanding of design principles and user interaction • Proficient in Figma • Practical experience using an established design system • Skilled with creative AI tools such as MidJourney, Flora AI, Higgsfield, and Claude • Organized and able to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple projects simultaneously • Web portfolio showcasing visual design work in marketing and web • Ability to work remotely from an eligible Americas location
