📋 Description

• Prepare and clean data • Conduct advanced data analyses, including statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics • Develop and implement statistically sound sampling methodologies • Conduct complex statistical analyses to derive insights and identify patterns • Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future trends • Implement machine learning algorithms to automate processes and enhance analytical capabilities • Construct sophisticated visualizations for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Collaborate with data analysts and other departments to understand business requirements and align analytical efforts with organizational goals • Create tabular and graphical presentations illustrating current levels of care • Contribute to re-measurement strategies assessing intervention efficacy and quantify healthcare improvement impact • Deliver comprehensive, actionable reports for strategic business decisions • Ensure adherence to data governance policies and relevant regulations • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancing organizational data analytics capabilities • Develop code to join multiple relational database tables for analyses • Plan and arrange own work while working with the manager to prioritize projects

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree required • 2 - 4 years of experience required • Base SAS preferred • Experience with SAS, SQL, Excel, R, Python, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools and software • Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, predictive analytics, sampling methodologies, data visualization, relational databases, and data governance • Ability to work with managers to prioritize projects • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screens required for employment offers
