📋 Description

• Manipulate and analyze data using tools such as SAS, SQL, Excel, R, Python, and Tableau • Identify trends, variances, outliers, and percentile-ranked groups to generate actionable quality-improvement and investigation insights • Collaborate with data analysts to create tabular and graphical presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Contribute to re-measurement strategies assessing intervention efficacy and quantifying healthcare improvement impact • Prepare and clean data • Conduct advanced statistical analyses, statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics • Develop and implement statistically sound sampling methodologies • Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future trends • Construct sophisticated visualizations communicating complex insights clearly • Collaborate with departments and teams to understand business requirements and align analytical efforts with organizational goals • Deliver comprehensive, actionable reports for strategic business decisions • Ensure adherence to data governance policies and relevant regulations • Identify process-improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancing organizational data analytics capabilities • Develop code to join multiple relational database tables • Plan and arrange own work while working with the manager to prioritize projects

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree required; education can be substituted for experience • 2–4 years of work experience required; 5–7 years preferred • Experience with SAS, SQL, Excel, R, Python, and Tableau • Advanced statistical analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics • Statistical sampling methodologies • Predictive model development • Machine learning algorithms • Data visualization • Relational database querying and joining • Knowledge of data governance and relevant regulatory compliance • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screens
