• Support day-to-day clinical and administrative operations for Leidos QTC Health Services' rural health service delivery model • Serve as the on-site operational point of contact for rural health program sites, mobile unit deployments, and community-based clinic partnerships • Coordinate scheduling, staffing coverage, and logistics across geographically dispersed rural locations • Collaborate with logistics, biomed, and clinical teams to review inventory data, usage reports, and purchase histories • Participate in special projects involving healthcare and regulatory compliance • Identify rural barriers to care and propose practical mitigation strategies • Ensure clinical operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations, VA/DoD contractual requirements, CMS standards, and state medical practice acts • Maintain audit and inspection readiness by tracking protocol changes and managing documentation • Coordinate with Quality Assurance on corrective action plans • Support credentialing, licensure verification, and privileging processes for clinical staff • Conduct root-cause analysis on service delivery gaps, safety events, and patient experience concerns • Develop and track improvement plans to resolution • Analyze business and operational requirements and manage associated projects • Prepare operational reports, executive briefings, and performance dashboards for program leadership and federal agency customers
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited institution and 5 years of relevant clinical research or clinical operations experience • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • Active Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse license • Graduation from a state-approved and accredited nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE • Valid, current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse by the state Board of Nursing • Ability to apply for and complete requirements to meet the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) to operate across the U.S. • ACLS for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required for hire • Experience managing operations across distributed or rural sites, including mobile health, telehealth, or community-based programs • Ability to travel 50–75% and hold a valid driver's license • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • General working knowledge of federal healthcare compliance frameworks, including VA/DoD contracting, HIPAA, and CMS Conditions of Participation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and healthcare operations platforms • Experience with data reporting and dashboard tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present complex operational information to diverse audiences • PMP certification or equivalent preferred • Experience supporting VA disability examination programs or federal health services contracts preferred • Experience with telehealth platform management and multi-state telehealth regulatory requirements preferred
