📋 Description

• Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries • Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates • Navigate underwriting questions and explain insurance protection to clients • Ensure transactions comply with industry regulations and internal quality standards • Complete up to 64 hours of paid pre-licensing training • Transition from trainee to licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional after passing the state exam

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service background • Call center experience is a plus • Ability to pass a background check • Commitment to the full 8-week training schedule • Wired internet service installed directly into the home (cable, fiber-optic, or DSL broadband) • Direct Ethernet connection from the Qualfon computer to the home router or modem • Wi-Fi, wireless-only internet, cellular/mobile hotspots, fixed wireless, and satellite internet are not allowed • Proof of internet service provider and service required upon hire • Must pass the Tennessee state insurance exam to enter the licensed phase
