📋 Description

• Complete up to 64 hours of paid pre-licensing training • Support customers by phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries • Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates • Navigate underwriting questions and explain insurance protection to clients • Ensure transactions comply with industry regulations and internal quality standards • Transition from trainee to licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional • Work remotely from a home office using employer-provided equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Background in customer service • Call center experience is a plus • Ability to pass a background check • Commitment to the full 8-week training schedule • Ability to take the state exam in the greater Charleston, South Carolina area • Wired internet service installed directly into the home, such as cable, fiber-optic, or DSL broadband • Wireless-only internet services are not allowed • Qualfon computer must connect directly to the home router or modem using an Ethernet cable • Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi extenders, mesh systems, boosters, cellular hotspots, fixed wireless, and satellite internet are not allowed • Proof of internet service provider and service required upon hire • Strong attention to detail when handling legal documents and applications • Ability to communicate complex insurance terminology clearly to customers
