• Build and maintain strong relations with Enterprise customers • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for key business contacts • Understand and communicate key performance metrics • Identify customer requirements and coordinate with internal resources to solve problems • Responsible for management of all commercial relationship items including contract management • Develop, communicate, and maintain account plans • Partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver monthly and/or quarterly business reviews
• Minimum 6 years’ sales and/or account management experience • Bachelor’s degree • Healthcare/ Behavioral Health Industry Experience • Proven performance in achieving KPIs and Sales quotas • Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic thinker, conflict resolution, time management and attention to detail is a must
