📋 Description

• Identify and manage opportunities, qualifying and guiding leads through the CRM tool • Prospect and contact leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, events, trade shows and conferences • Conduct strategic solution presentation meetings via videoconference and in person with stakeholders at multiple levels • Drive the sales process from pre-sales to closing, focusing on long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders and high-value deals • Analyze the market, customer behavior, trends and competitors, proposing improvements to processes and the commercial approach • Serve as a technical reference for the sales team, sharing best practices and supporting leadership in team development • Collaborate with leadership to develop sales pitches, email cadences, outreach scripts and other sales materials • Work with Marketing and Product to build strategies for lead generation and attracting major opportunities • Identify, develop and manage strategic sales partnerships • Monitor and interpret sales funnel metrics, proposing actions to improve and optimize commercial performance

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree (completed) • Experience with complex B2B sales (involving more than one decision-maker) • Experience in the technology sector and/or corporate education • Knowledge of sales techniques: AIDA, SPIN and GPTC • Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills • Proficient in CRM • Experience with AI tools in the sales process is a plus • Knowledge of related areas such as marketing, channels and campaigns is a plus • Experience in the People Management and Human Resources market is a plus • Established network with HR managers and analysts is a plus
