📋 Description

• Lead high-impact client engagements delivering patient experience consulting, diagnostic assessments, and execution roadmaps • Synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative healthcare data into executive-level presentations and recommendations • Train and facilitate workshops for client providers, staff, and leadership teams • Identify client needs and partner internally to deliver solutions that drive practice revenue growth • Build, test, and deploy new consulting tools, technologies, and frameworks • Deliver high-quality outputs while managing utilization to meet performance targets • Establish trusted relationships with C-suite executives, boards, and clinical teams • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, tools, and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant healthcare industry experience • Deep familiarity with healthcare market trends • Expertise using patient experience data, analytics, and methodologies to drive organizational change • Experience implementing improvement initiatives across Experience, Safety, Engagement, Quality, or Performance domains • Management or strategic consulting experience strongly preferred • Consulting business development exposure • Executive-level presentation and workshop facilitation experience • Qualitative and quantitative analytical methods • Bachelor’s degree required • Ability to travel up to 75%
