📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, including project scope, budgets, timelines, outcomes, and project teams • Partner with healthcare clients on data analyses, process redesigns, and clinical workflows • Design systems and strategies that improve nursing excellence, patient connection, and operational efficiency • Deliver interactive clinical training, coaching, and patient experience best practices • Lead analytical reviews of payer metrics, denial rates, and clinical behavior assessments • Provide executive recommendations based on healthcare analytics • Serve as primary client contact for engagement streams and build trusted client relationships • Coordinate internal and client resources using project management tools and work plans • Work with senior practice leadership, Associate Principals, Principals, and Partners • Coach nursing teams and implement sustainable process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of nursing experience • Proven success designing clinical systems, processes, and care connection strategies • Track record in training, coaching, and leading performance improvement initiatives in healthcare settings • Strong technical data analytics skills, including Excel, Access, SQL, or SAS • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Word • Experience in a Magnet®-designated healthcare organization with a focus on professional training, education, or leadership development (strongly preferred) • Management or strategic consulting experience in healthcare environments (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree required • Ability to travel up to 75%
