📋 Description

• Work closely with the Sales and Business Development team to identify and connect with potential clients • Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and client outreach to generate and qualify sales leads • Communicate with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings • Understand client requirements and effectively communicate services and value proposition • Assist in converting qualified leads into business opportunities and support the sales team throughout the sales process • Maintain and update lead and client information in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups • Assist in executing email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns for lead generation • Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers to identify new sales opportunities • Track daily outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions and share regular updates with the team • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales and lead-generation targets

🎯 Requirements

• Passing year: 2025, 2026, or 2027 (preferred) • Background in Management, Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Confident and comfortable interacting with potential clients • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative • Strong learning attitude and interest in pursuing a career in Sales or Business Development • Prior experience in sales, business development, marketing, internships, or customer-facing roles
