📋 Description

• Support the global sales team's end-to-end order management process—from quotations and purchase orders to internal order processing, shipping, delivery, and installation • Coordinate between customers, the Sales team, and internal QM departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement through invoicing • Provide daily updates on sales documentation and customer order status to internal stakeholders and customers, as needed • Assist the Finance team in maintaining accurate and timely invoicing processes • Collect and maintain customer and order data, ensuring accurate records in Salesforce CRM and other QM business systems • Collaborate with the global Sales team to support sales activities and help drive the pipeline toward revenue goals

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar Sales Administration or Sales Operations role within a B2B high-tech company • Hands-on experience with Salesforce; familiarity with HubSpot is an advantage • Fluent in spoken and written English – required • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate complex processes across global teams • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and administrative skills • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented with a "can-do" attitude • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
