📋 Description
• - Conduct Zoom or phone meetings with qualified prospects (appointments are pre-booked for you). • - Understand client needs and clearly present QuickTeam’s managed staffing solutions. • - Close deals and guide clients through the onboarding and payment process. • - Communicate feedback to the sales manager to improve close rates and client experience. • - Maintain accurate deal tracking in our CRM.
🎯 Requirements
• - Proven experience as a **closer or account executive** (preferably B2B or service-based sales) • - Strong communication and consultative selling skills • - Comfortable working remotely and independently • - High integrity and commitment to following through with clients • - Reliable internet connection and professional setup for client calls
