📋 Description
• Learn how People processes and systems work • Map recurring workflows and identify where time and effort are spent • Spot repetitive, manual, or unnecessarily complicated processes • Identify opportunities to simplify People processes • Experiment with AI tools, agents, and automation to solve real problems • Build simple workflows and automations • Automate appropriate tasks such as reminders, data collection, reporting, and recurring administration • Test, improve, and document solutions for team use and maintenance • Support day-to-day People Team work across People Operations, Recruitment, and Engagement • Identify 5+ opportunities to simplify or automate work within the first three months • Build and test 2–3 practical AI-powered workflows or automations within the first three months • Report to the Head of People and work closely with the wider People Team
🎯 Requirements
• Curious, systems-minded graduate • Natural curiosity about how things work • Systems, processes, and workflow-oriented thinking • Interest in simplifying processes • Experience experimenting with AI tools, AI agents, or automation • Evidence of building something independently, such as an AI agent, automation, app, or workflow • Comfortable learning new tools independently • Enjoys testing ideas and investigating outcomes • Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data • Organized and attentive to detail • Proactive and willing to challenge existing processes • Willingness to learn; HR experience is not required • AI or automation expertise is not required
