📋 Description

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement) with consistency and intentionality • Coach teams on Agile and SAFe principles, continuously improving delivery practices and team accountability • Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for execution • Proactively identify and escalate risks and roadblocks before they impact delivery - owning resolution rather than waiting for direction • Track and surface team progress, risks, and impediments to stakeholders and leadership with transparency and regularity • Support PI Planning participation, including capacity input, dependency identification, and commitment tracking • Maintain accurate capacity data and flag resourcing constraints early to enable proactive planning decisions • Create and maintain project plans, sprint-level timelines, and status documentation in Confluence • Collaborate with team on Jira hygiene within your pod(s) - ensuring tickets are appropriately structured, updated, and reflective of actual work in flight • Manage complex cross-pod and cross-functional dependencies (particularly those where Core Framework work is a blocker or enabler for other product pods) ensuring nothing falls through the cracks • Step into an active delivery environment quickly, establishing trust and cadence with an established team • Ensure cross-pod and cross-functional alignment, particularly where dependencies touch Finance, Engineering, or Portfolio Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role, preferably within a product-led or technology organization • CSM certification required; SAFe certification strongly preferred • PMP or equivalent project management background preferred • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience • Prior experience with technology or SaaS companies
