📋 Description

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, ensuring Sprint Planning sessions reflect realistic capacity and clear objectives grounded in operational priorities. • Work closely with the Product Manager/Owner to confirm backlog readiness. • Monitor delivery health using metrics such as velocity, throughput, cycle time, and unplanned work percentage. • Actively protect sprint integrity while coordinating appropriate channels for reprioritization outside of sprint boundaries. • Proactively identify impediments related to data access, integration constraints, security reviews, model validation processes, or cross-team dependencies. • Reinforce discipline around change management. • Foster continuous improvement by facilitating structured retrospectives that focus on delivery efficiency, collaboration effectiveness, and quality of outputs. • Maintain transparent dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide leadership with clear visibility into sprint progress, risk exposure, and delivery predictability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery environments • Experience supporting technical or analytics-driven teams • Understanding of regulated operational environments such as insurance or managed claims services • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to operate effectively within matrixed, multi-LOB enterprise structures
