📋 Description

• Carry out and facilitate Scrum events • Remove impediments and promote collaboration • Support the Product Owner and drive continuous improvement • Maintain process documentation • Ensure agile principles are practiced • Utilize Agile tools for managing scrum activities • Coach team members on agile values and principles • Interface with teams and stakeholders • Update agile tracking systems • Develop actionable insights from analytics • Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practice • Support development managers and project leads • Assist with internal and external communication • Empower teams to self-organize • Participate in the organization and planning of the development schedule • Adapt project plans and respond to emerging requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10+ years of work experience • 2-5+ years of experience as Scrum Master and/or Project Manager • Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills • Adept at collaboration, communication and teamwork • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills • Scrum Master Certification • Project Management Certification • Experience in Healthcare industry • Understanding of software development • Scrum Master experience with teams working on complex large-scale applications • Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as CA Rally, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc. • Understanding of resource allocations, forecasting, and budgeting
