• Manage and maintain Agile project management tools supporting product backlog management, sprint planning, task tracking, release planning, and sprint reporting. • Coordinate Agile project activities across cross-functional teams, ensuring work is organized, prioritized, and aligned with program objectives. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, impediments, and resource constraints, and work with program leadership to resolve issues. • Maintain sprint burndown charts, velocity metrics, release readiness metrics, and other Agile performance indicators. • Generate automated dashboards, reports, and project metrics from Government-approved Agile management tools to provide real-time visibility into program performance. • Collaborate with Government stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to clarify requirements, refine product backlogs, and manage scope changes. • Maintain traceability between customer requirements, user stories, development tasks, testing activities, and delivered capabilities. • Facilitate risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution throughout sprint execution and release planning activities. • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement by encouraging collaboration, transparency, and efficient delivery processes across the program. • Support release planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile activities as needed. • Prepare project status reports, executive briefings, and performance summaries for program leadership and Government stakeholders. • Ensure project documentation, schedules, and Agile artifacts remain accurate, current, and compliant with program requirements.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field. • Current Agile certification such as: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). Certification must remain current throughout employment • Minimum **3 years of Agile project management experience** supporting DoD software development or modernization programs. • Experience using Agile project management platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable Government-approved tools. • Experience managing Agile backlogs, sprint planning, project tracking, and program reporting. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum principles, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. • Experience developing project metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting. • Excellent organizational, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Active Secret Security Clearance. • **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience supporting U.S. Air Force software development or modernization programs. • Experience coordinating multiple Agile teams on complex software delivery programs. • Familiarity with the DoD Software Acquisition Pathway (SWP). • Experience supporting DevSecOps and CI/CD software delivery environments. • Knowledge of risk management, requirements traceability, and software release management. • Experience using Power BI, Jira dashboards, Azure DevOps Analytics, or similar reporting tools. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
