📋 Description

• Recruit individuals for Quilter's training programme to become fully qualified, self-employed financial advisers • Provide a structured training programme and exam support toward the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning • Provide a 3-month skills development programme for candidates who already hold the Level 4 Diploma • Equip candidates with tools, mentoring, and business support • Prepare candidates to meet new clients as financial advisers • Enable candidates to build a financial-adviser business with potential capital value

🎯 Requirements

• Right to work in the UK and appropriate visas for a minimum of 5 years • At least 5 years of career history • Satisfactory credit history required for regulatory purposes • Ability to travel for client meetings • Full driving license • Positive outlook and ability to network • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to building meaningful client relationships • Analytical thinking and attention to detail • Trustworthiness and ability to manage financial responsibilities • Interest in self-employment • For the 3-month skills development programme: already achieved the Level 4 Diploma in regulated financial advice via CII, LIBF, or CISI
