📋 Description

• Serve as the interface between renowned clients and the development team • Identify clients’ needs and requirements • Develop suitable solutions together with clients and developers • Act as the primary contact for technical questions and change requests • Provide continuous support to clients throughout all project phases • Ensure quality and approve system customizations after successful testing • Record knowledge in internal documentation • Occasionally travel within Europe to support clients on-site and strengthen relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the travel industry is valued but not required • Knowledge of reservation systems such as Amadeus Altea, Navitaire NewSkies, or quintessence ASGARD/MIDGARD is helpful but not required • Experience with Scrum methodologies would be an advantage • Strong communication skills • Curiosity and a willingness to ask questions • General affinity for IT; no IT expertise required • English proficiency is required • Logical and unconventional thinking, along with strong problem-solving skills
