📋 Description

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure • Partner with customers to establish clear goals, scope, timelines, and success measures • Lead cross‑functional delivery teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and momentum • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and executive‑level communications • Adapt delivery approaches across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models • Maintain high-quality project and program artifacts • Continuously look for ways to improve delivery processes, team effectiveness, and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of project management experience leading enterprise-level projects through all phases of delivery, with proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies in a client-facing role • Proven experience managing projects across Microsoft AI, cloud, infrastructure, data, and application delivery environments • Strong ability to build trust and credibility with enterprise customers, including senior and executive stakeholders • Experience leading distributed teams and navigating delivery across time zones • Comfortable guiding multiple workstreams, project teams, and smaller customer programs concurrently • A customer‑first mindset with a track record of driving outcomes—not just managing tasks • Confidence facilitating difficult conversations, resolving conflicts, and managing change • Project management and Agile certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM are strongly preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and project delivery platforms • Hands-on experience managing Scrum delivery
