📋 Description

• Design UI, landing page experiences, graphics, and other digital collateral to be used by all digital teams—Web, Email, social • Work closely with UX Manager, Art Director, and stakeholders on site/email design • Partner closely with marketing team members on digital needs and design improvement opportunities • Continually iterate the design systems with a broad focus across channels to maintain a cohesive user experience • Maintain site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards • Regularly practice competitive analysis and user research to stay informed

🎯 Requirements

• Be well versed in Figma, Photoshop, Sketch and XHTML/CSS • Have a broad understanding of current web and browser-related issues • Understand 3rd party vendors to utilize their technology for site and email enhancement (Monetate, Certona, Bazaarvoice, Movable Ink, etc) • Utilize site and email analytics when determining a UX / design strategy • Lead Design with a mobile first, user-centered thought process • Proactively review site and emails for strong UX opportunities and present solutions that are aligned with company strategy and are on-brand
