📋 Description

• Shape the future of Risk at Stripe, from core user journeys to entirely new product surfaces • Design experiences that help users onboard quickly, stay compliant, and manage risk with clarity and control • Partner with product, engineering, policy, operations, and research to define both near-term improvements and longer-term opportunities • Raise the craft bar in a domain where quality and trust matter deeply • Work across dozens of teams to create beautiful patterns for risk and compliance experiences across Stripe.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience designing products • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent craft, systems thinking, and end-to-end design, including a strong understanding of AI tools • Experience leading complex product work in close partnership with product management and engineering • Experience shaping ambiguous spaces and driving clarity through design • A track record of influencing cross-functional teams and product direction.
