📋 Description

• Listen to audio recordings and accurately transcribe them into written documents. • Review and proofread transcripts for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting. • Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Organize and manage digital files and documentation. • Communicate with team members regarding transcription assignments as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent English grammar, spelling, and written communication skills. • Strong typing and computer skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Previous transcription, administrative, clerical, or data entry experience is a plus but not required.
