📋 Description

• Build, refine, and maintain statistical and machine learning models at scale, including NLP and explainable AI approaches • Develop, tune, and deploy LLM systems with rigorous evaluation of performance and user trust • Design experiments and analytics to measure the net impact of AI in healthcare settings • Perform hands-on data engineering, including cleaning, transforming, and building SQL and Python pipelines • Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, data platform engineers, product experts, and cross-functional teams • Translate data insights into deployed products • Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Influence ML models and products that improve healthcare quality, patient outcomes, and company growth

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience developing, launching, and maintaining ML systems in production at scale • 1+ year of experience developing and tuning LLM systems • Strong cross-functional communication with technical and non-technical partners • Hands-on data engineering experience manipulating data sets, data cleaning, and building pipelines • Strong coding skills in Python and SQL • Strong software development foundations, including dedication to high code quality and stable architecture • Employment contingent upon satisfactory completion of a pre-employment background investigation and drug test
