📋 Description

• Perform hands-on development using SQL and occasionally Python • Create data visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools • Design data models in Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms • Design, deploy, and continuously optimize end-to-end data pipelines and analytical environments using BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Looker • Participate in all core project phases, including setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment • Serve as an expert in client stakeholder interviews and workshops • Translate complex business challenges into actionable plans • Identify risks and issues and provide mitigation strategies • Contribute to internal growth initiatives including mentorship, recruitment, strategy, and methodology enhancement

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing enterprise data solutions using BigQuery, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Looker • 3+ years of Project Management, Process, Implementation, and SDLC experience working closely with data professionals in an Agile environment • Experience with client-facing activities including requirements gathering, meeting facilitation, presentation creation, and deliverable review/approval sessions • 5+ years in a consulting role or data-focused role • Strong SQL experience, particularly with Snowflake, Databricks, Teradata, Redshift, BigQuery, MS SQL Server, or similar • Experience designing and building relational databases and/or data warehouses • Hands-on experience with business-driven/self-service BI using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Eagerness to participate in a best-in-class data practice
