📋 Description
• Manage key client relationships through communication of revenue cycle performance and updates • Partner with Service Delivery and functional leaders to align operational objectives and address risks • Translate performance metrics into actionable plans • Serve as a customer expert and change agent • Identify initiatives that enhance operational performance and support team growth
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a management role • Client relationship management experience • Strong RCM knowledge • Executive-level communication skills • Ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
