📋 Description

• Conduct current-state assessments, including SOP review and process mapping, to support use case design. • Provide operational and technical guidance during implementation, go live, and stabilization phases. • Develop stakeholder communication plans and support client-facing discussions. • Design or contribute to training and change management plans to drive adoption. • Define and maintain KPIs and SLAs for assigned engagements and support steady-state performance tracking. • Identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps; recommend mitigation strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, healthcare operations, enterprise software, or implementation support • Strong problem-solving and solution design skills • Ability to translate operational needs into executable delivery plans • Stakeholder engagement and cross functional collaboration • Comfort working with data, metrics, and AI-enabled tools
