📋 Description

• Perform / lead preparation of various capital structuring analyses, including rating analysis, cost of capital analysis, liquidity stress tests, and peer benchmarking. • Present capital structuring advice to clients and prospects, and lead discussions with clients/prospects’ CFOs/treasurers. • Participate in, and over time, lead the origination and execution of tailored structured solution transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 4+ years of experience • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
