📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle for a large Eastern territory, from initial prospecting to contract closure • Serve as a front-line sales representative initially, with the opportunity to build a team as the region scales • Collaborate with customer success to ensure successful deployments and expansion of partnerships • Develop relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, including physician leaders, IT staff, RIS/PACS administrators, and radiology directors • Meet or exceed the annual revenue quota • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with sufficient opportunities to achieve quota • Build relationships on both the clinical and operational sides of target accounts • Manage account targeting, deal qualification and prioritization, and accurate forecasting • Educate radiologists on Rad AI's impact on clinicians and patients • Build deep familiarity with Rad AI's products and development roadmap • Travel regularly within the territory to build in-person relationships with health system and physician group stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 7–15 years of direct sales experience • 3+ years of full-cycle healthcare SaaS sales experience • Demonstrated track record of exceeding KPIs • Experience in health tech strongly preferred • Familiarity with radiology workflows or PACS/RIS environments is a strong plus • Action-oriented, fast-moving, intrinsically motivated, with a strong focus on delivering outcomes • Prior AI sales experience at a growing healthcare startup preferred • Experience selling to large-scale healthcare systems in the Eastern U.S. preferred • Modern, consultative health-tech sales experience • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the US
