📋 Description

• Develop and enhance pricing analytics utilizing SAS, Python, Excel, and Tableau • Present findings to the Senior Leadership Team to influence pricing decisions • Develop bespoke MI rate card pricing utilizing competitive intelligence and return thresholds • Perform ad hoc analysis related to mortgage insurance pricing and CRT portfolio analysis • Collect and maintain MI pricing intelligence through database development • Assist in research and implementation of market data to enhance pricing and financial forecasts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience • 4 or more years of prior work-related experience • Analytical experience within mortgage banking, Reinsurance, or financial services industry preferred • Advanced knowledge of Python, SAS, SQL, Snowflake, and AWS • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Strong understanding of pricing/valuation/ROC concepts and methods • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks under deadlines • Experience manipulating large data sets • Attention to detail and effective time-management skills • Strong aptitude for analytics and drawing insights from financial data • Excellent oral and written communication skills • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Ability to work independently and effectively with others • Willingness to question traditional approaches and develop new solutions
