📋 Description

• Lead design strategy and quality across Radiant’s brand, product, company communications, and assets • Own product design across the Radiant platform, including console, documentation, and assets • Shape and evolve Radiant’s visual identity, brand system, and creative direction with the CMO • Build and maintain a design system spanning product UI and broader company design • Partner with product and engineering from discovery through launch to create intuitive experiences for complex technical products • Support marketing and commercial teams across websites, campaigns, events, presentations, launches, and sales materials • Translate complex cloud and infrastructure concepts into clear visual narratives and user experiences • Establish design processes covering research, prototyping, testing, critique, and delivery • Manage, hire, and develop designers as the team grows • Work with external agencies and partners where needed • Ensure consistency and quality across major customer and company touchpoints

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading design across product and brand, ideally in technology, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or B2B software • Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital product design and visual/brand design • Experience designing complex technical products and simplifying workflows for sophisticated users • Knowledge of UX, interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping • Knowledge of design systems, including components, patterns, accessibility, and consistency • Knowledge of visual identity, typography, art direction, and digital expression • Knowledge of user discovery, usability testing, and qualitative insight • Comfortable working closely with product managers and engineers on detailed product decisions • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders • Experience building or scaling a design function strongly preferred
