📋 Description

• Entry-level recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a candidate pipeline. • Track recruitment metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and manage ATS data. • Conduct outreach to potential clients to promote recruitment services and support client acquisition. • Work on recruiting, sales outreach, and client relations as part of a remote team.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–5+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a customer-facing role (internships or volunteer experience count). • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building relationships. • Basic proficiency in Google Workplace (Google Sheets, Calendar, Docs, Etc.) and familiarity with an applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRMs is a plus. • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting. • A reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a computer setup suitable for remote work. • Additional business service experience is preferred, including but not limited to: Bookkeeping (e.g., familiarity with QuickBooks or basic financial tracking). Social media management (e.g., creating and scheduling posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, or other platforms). Website development or management (e.g., basic HTML, WordPress experience, Wix, or updating company websites). These skills are not required but will be considered a strong asset for candidates looking to grow within our organization.
