β’ Support day-to-day identity and access management operations by processing user provisioning, access changes, and deprovisioning activities in accordance with established policies and procedures β’ Provide end-user support for authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), password resets, and other identity-related issues while ensuring timely resolution β’ Manage IAM incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, escalating complex issues as appropriate and maintaining accurate documentation β’ Support access reviews, audits, and compliance initiatives by validating user access, maintaining role-based access controls, and ensuring adherence to security requirements β’ Collaborate with IAM, IT, and business teams to improve processes, maintain documentation, and deliver secure, reliable identity and access services
β’ Associateβs or Bachelorβs degree preferred in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience β’ 1-3 years of experience in IT support, IAM operations, service desk, systems administration, or enterprise user access management β’ Experience supporting Okta, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, and identity management concepts including SSO, MFA, and role-based access control β’ Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve authentication and access issues while maintaining compliance with security standards β’ Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
