📋 Description

• Review accounts daily and maintain work queue and desk assignments • Contact borrowers by inbound and outbound telephone calls and email to collect debts • Establish borrower location and contact information through skip tracing when necessary • Assess borrowers’ ability and willingness to pay and identify appropriate repayment programs/options • Track and report account information in the collections system • Send required paperwork to borrowers, follow up for its return, and submit it timely • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals • Follow federal and state laws regarding collection policies and procedures • Perform other duties and special projects assigned by management • Complete three weeks of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST training • Handle inbound calls involving early- and late-stage third-party collections

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED • Drug test required • Background check required • Strong negotiation skills • Knowledge of financial concepts • Ability to effectively communicate with clients regarding their accounts • Ability to pass annual required compliance testing • Ability to follow all federal and state collection laws and procedures
