📋 Description

• Join Radius Global Solutions as a Collector/Call Center Agent • Conduct collections and call center activities • Complete required two-week training from 7am–4pm CST Monday–Friday • Complete third-week training on the specified evening schedule • Work a rotating schedule on alternating weekday and Saturday shifts • Work one Sunday per month • Work Saturday shifts from 8am–12pm CST and weekday shifts from 5pm–10pm CST

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Call Centers, Collections, Sales and/or Telemarketing • Proven ability and desire to help people • Excellent listening and negotiation skills with a customer service focus • Engaging and enthusiastic personality • Confident, clear and effective communication style • Organized, self-driven and goal-oriented • Keyboard proficiency and computer literacy • High School Diploma or GED is required • Bilingual candidates are a plus
