📋 Description

• Own Rain’s earned media strategy end-to-end • Lead communications for major company moments • Elevate Rain’s leadership team through executive communications • Build and evolve core messaging frameworks • Partner closely with Sales and Business Development to support pipeline growth • Manage a high-performing external PR agency • Develop relationships with top reporters • Identify newsjacking opportunities • Oversee earned speaking opportunities • Lead crisis communications planning

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in communications, PR, or strategic storytelling • Direct experience navigating both the hype phase and operational maturity phase of a fast-scaling company • Strong track record of managing and scaling agency relationships • Experience working cross-functionally with executives, product, legal, sales, and regional teams across multiple countries • Exceptional writing and editorial judgment • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment • Strong ownership mentality • Willingness and ability to be a senior IC
