• Conduct primary market and consumer insights research using survey, focus group, and individual interviewing methods: including designing, editing, and managing consumer survey tools; ensuring response rates and data collection completion within project timelines; understanding factors affecting validity of results; analyzing data using innovative statistical techniques; and interpreting findings. • Collate and analyze third party datasets to identify key findings, helping inform client creative and media strategy (market overview, competitive intelligence, target audience profiling, etc.). • Package and present analytical findings and communicate (both written and verbal) complex concepts to general marketing and business audiences. • Project coordination skills including maintaining relationships with clients and vendors, facilitating research team meetings and logistical support, and providing as-needed support to the research team. • Utilize AI platforms to increase manual process expediency
• 3-4 years experience • Bachelor's degree: in market research, statistics, marketing or communications a plus • Master's degree in relevant field a plus • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office • Experience conducting market and consumer insights research (required) • Experience using Qualtrics, Fortsa or other online survey platforms (required) • Experience with programming a plus (e.g., R, Python, SQL) • Previous advertising agency and/or market research firm experience a plus • Impeccable oral and written communication skills • Ability to learn and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced remote team and technology environment
