📋 Description

• Assist in developing plans and schedules and work with superintendents, supervisors, and administrators on project activities • Work with the Senior Construction Manager to manage project construction scope, schedule, and budget • Lead on-site project team management for smaller-scale projects • Manage subcontractor contracts in coordination with the Senior Construction Manager • Assist with change-order processes, including notifications and organizing supporting data for review and processing • Promote a safety culture in the office and at jobsites • Serve as Project Site Safety Leader when no full-time EHS Supervisor is present • Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs required to manage project changes • Assist with startup, commissioning, and closeout planning • Follow quality-management policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree with 2+ years relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline, with experience managing multi-discipline construction projects • Demonstrated heavy civil construction experience, including mass earthwork, retaining wall systems, groundwater management, and stormwater infrastructure • Ability to read plans, drawings, and specifications and interpret data • Knowledge of construction sequencing and planning, construction scheduling/durations, safety planning, means and methods • Local travel of 10% • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • No sponsorship is available for this position • OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification preferred • OSHA 40-hour Hazwoper Certification preferred
