📋 Description

• Build and own detailed financial and operational models with the highest quality and accuracy • Use data to influence key strategic decisions across Product, GTM, and business leadership • Lead planning analyses for cross-functional teams, evaluating tradeoffs across growth, efficiency, and resourcing • Identify and develop KPIs; build dashboards to monitor performance and communicate insights to stakeholders • Partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy into execution and drive accountability • Help run bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles • Manage company performance against financial targets — identifying where to course-correct and where to accelerate • Build and maintain internal tools that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy across the finance org

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, VC/PE, or Corporate Finance at a top-tier technology company • Excellent financial modeling and quantitative / data analysis skills • Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Track record of developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners • A "get things done" mentality — you dissect complex problems, find solutions, and drive them to completion with a high degree of autonomy • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities
