📋 Description

• Own product management end-to-end, from customer research and data through problem framing, specifications, testing, engineering handoff, launch, measurement, and iteration • Drive the product roadmap with the CEO and CTO and execute against high-impact priorities • Use qualitative research and quantitative data to guide product decisions and improve active-user and new-user metrics • Partner daily with the CEO on product decisions, strategy, prioritization, and vision while owning day-to-day execution • Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners • Establish lightweight product processes that enable reliable, fast shipping • Immerse in company data, team workflows, and user behavior during the first 30 days • Ship a medium-sized feature and smaller refinements end-to-end • Organize the two-month roadmap • Run the product-management function, including roadmap execution, specifications, prioritization, and shipping cadence • Balance day-to-day execution with major bets planned 3–6 months ahead • Build a high-impact body of work and develop toward Head of Product • Report to the CEO as the first full-time product manager

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of product management experience shipping high-quality consumer products (exact years or titles are less important than demonstrated ownership and impact) • Track record of high-impact work in high-velocity environments, ideally in an early-stage startup • Strong product-management skills and excellent taste for UX and design • Strong intuitive sense of user needs and polished, delightful product judgment • Fluency with AI tools for research, design, specification creation, testing, data, and user testing • Ability to conduct research, read a funnel, and balance customer needs against business needs • High agency, bias to action, decisiveness, and impact orientation • High-trust, low-ego collaboration with a hands-on founder • Genuine trading-card and collectibles fluency; collecting, playing, or real hobby expertise • Ability to provide product work samples, owned-product examples, and a spec, research synthesis, or handoff artifact • Required to demonstrate trading-card fluency during application • Equal opportunity employer; inclusive-team commitment
