📋 Description

• Assist students with detailed financial matters • Review billing/accounting specific reports regarding estimated balances • Ensure all students are issued a financial plan that will cover their out-of-pocket costs • Manage and assist with student inquiries regarding payment plans, balances due, and ledgers • Deliver payment plan email communication to students • Assist in weekly collection reporting for student payment plans • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • 3+ years of collections or business/accounting related work experience required • Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) is desired • Knowledge of office procedures and equipment • Knowledge of PC’s and appropriate software • Ability to interact diplomatically with a variety of individuals at various organizational levels • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices • Knowledge of basic budgeting procedures • Strong time management and organizational skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
