📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle • Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders • Personally build rapid prototypes, demos, and workflow experiments • Turn ambiguous customer needs into clear product strategy • Lead and develop a team of product leaders • Partner closely with Engineering, Research, and Forward Deployed teams • Drive product prioritization with strong judgment • Establish tight feedback loops with customers • Ensure product decisions are grounded in deep understanding • Help shape Rational Dynamics’ product culture • Develop metrics to manage and guide team execution

🎯 Requirements

• Significant product management leadership experience • Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams of product leaders • Proven track record of full-stack product ownership • Demonstrated ability to personally prototype products and workflows using modern AI-native tools • Strong technical fluency and product judgment • Highly flexible and effective in fast-changing environments • Clear and collaborative communicator • Hands-on desire and ability • Capable of developing and communicating insight • Relentless curiosity, learning, and improvement
